This is your parent company that brings your company to the industry. How do you separate yourself? What do you differentiate from your competition?
- Here you are going to list your overall marketing strategies and campaigns. It should also include information about how to separate yourself from your competition. There are some estimates on costs and expenses for marketing. How much are you allocating in your marketing plan each month?
- This section tells you where you are today and where you want to live in the future. Include many financial details like income details, balance sheets and cash flow details. Your future projections should also include these financial statements, but the numbers will definitely be estimated.
- This section explains how you will execute your business plan. You can list any policy or procedures you put together to list any management or organizational changes. In other words, how are you working your business plan?
